NARCISA DARIJEVIĆ MARKOVIĆ - jury member of the sixteenth Belgrade International Film Festival for and by people with disabilities
She graduated on the Master’s Desk for Film and Television Directing at Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.
In 1998, her graduate film “Magic” received the awards for Best feature film and Bestdirector at the International Film Festivals. The film had screenings at numerous nationalfilm festivals, as well as in New York, Munich, Moscow, Kiev.. It was the Serbian representative on the Academy Award ceremony in 1998., and competed in category for Best Student Film.
She shoots documentaries, TV shows, directs in the theater.
The most notable films "Mediana 2000", "Even-Odd", "Light on the Hill", "Frescoes of Studenica - Thought of Eternity"...
Since 2000 she is a member of the Association of Film and Television Artists, and amember of the Serbian Film Directors Association.
In December 2019, her documentary film "Frescoes of Studenica - thought of eternity" premiered at “SANU” (Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts), as part of the national exhibition about one of the oldest and most important Orthodox monasteries in Serbia.
In November 2020, the film received the award for creative documentary research at the film festival "Pokrov" in Kyiv.
She is the founder and artistic director of the first student documentary film festival in Serbia "Clear Rivers" in Temska, which is organized from 2021 under the auspices of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.
She is a full professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade at the Department of FTV Directing. She teaches Documentary Film and Sound Direction.
